Hi so I'm buying a computer with dual Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB Video Cards. I have two monitors with DVI-D inputs. And since the video cards only have HDMI and dvi. I was wondering since there is two if I could have dual monitors with dual graphics cards with One output on the two separate cards. Does that make sense?

That is possible, but Crossfire will not work.

The 7970 has two Mini Displayports which I highly recommend using, as Displayport can be adapted to any input. I recommend purchasing two Mini Displayport to DVI-D cables so you are able to plug both monitors into one graphics card and keep Crossfire enabled, which will greatly help game performance.

Here is a Mini Displayport to DVI-D adapter cable from Amazon: http://goo.gl/sW0C5l
