If you are going to overclock, buy an overclockable mobo with "z97" chipset
If you are not, drop the i5 4690k to 4690 and buy a mobo with the "h97" chipset (newer)

What is the speed of the ram you are choosing?

Changed a lot of things yes, if you can try to grab one 280x while they are still here, because for that price they are a really good investment.

If you want you can change the cpu for the 4690 non-k, but while gaming you wont gain much performance
