Best budget GPU (2015)

Im planning on buying a new gpu, i will only buy one for maximum 300 dollars, because i wanna upgrade my cpu to a really good one, so which gpu that is cheap will max out 1080p at 60fps, and i also i wanna play 4k with it

Get a gtx960 but with 4GB ram it will support directx 12 and the 4gb ram make it at least able to run 4k.
Other option would be a 380 or 280x but they use lots more power get hot and perform the same.

The GTX 960 will not be able to run 4K. For $300 the 2 cards worth looking at are the GTX 970 and the R9 390, probably the 390 is the best of the 2 for 4K. But understand that for $300 you are not going to get a GPU which can run 4K at max settings and still give high fps.

in my country they are way over 300 ;) yes if the price is ok the 390 would be the best choice for 4k.
but otherwise a 960 can run 4k with 4gb ram. just no high settings. like I said it would be ''able to'' but no not good

Which is better, the r9 380 4gb or the gtx 960 4gb ssc?
