Hey if I have secondary hard drives formatted NTFS on windows 7. When I either do a fresh install of windows 7 on my main ssd or fresh install of windows 10, will I have to format and reinstall everything on my secondary drives? or will the data be available on the fresh install?

I know programs might get messed up on secondary drives like games, but all I care about are documents, pictures and videos. Again the hard drives are formatted NTFS. Also can I hot swap the drives to another windows 7 PC without losing data?

Also with one 3 TB drive, I have to install a disk unlocker to access last 700 some GB left. I don't care if that 700 GB gets erased, but should the data installed on the first 2 TB be fine?

Solution
Install windows with out any other drives installed. Otherwise windows will install boot files on the other drives too. After windows install, drivers installed and your comp is set up and running right, install any other drives and you will have access to them to do what ever you want. Data will still be on the other drives.
