Two Titan Z in Triple Monitor Setup

Solution
You've got dvi, hdmi, and dp. It honestly doesn't matter which one you use. Just use what the monitor comes with or whichever will result in less adapters or cheaper cables.

A DVI to HDMI adapter?
I'm not really "limited to hdmi", but hdmi does give a better picture, and I don't think dvi/vga can produce 144Hz or can it?

Edit: I've been looking into these adapters, and theoretically I could have a Display Port to HDMI, a DVI-D to HDMI, a DVI-I to HDMI, AND a normal HDMI cable all plugged into a single Titan Z and run 4 monitors, giving me a total of 8 possible monitors using both GPUs, correct?

I was keen on using HDMI because I thought it produced the best quality picture on monitors, but according to k1114 it doesn't, so now I'm curious what would be best for me to use for triple gaming monitors? I may also add a fourth monitor above those three, which would not be used for gaming, but rather to give a larger screen area for multitasking. What's the best route for me, assuming only 2 Titan Zs?
