Will this overheat???

Are 4 fans enough to cool my upcoming pc, 1 in the front, 1 in the rear, 1 in sides and 1 at the top? Also will a standard intel i5 4690 cpu cooler be ok, or will over heat and not cool my cpu because I'm also going to get a GTX 980 as the gpu.

The cooler fan will be noisy and the temps will be high but acceptable. I don't recommend installing a side fan though because it will only destroy the air flow. Most cases only have 1 fan btw which is sufficient.
