Can i run league of legends and cs go?

So I needed a budget gaming pc for a while. Im getting a new pc at the end of august and just wanted to play league and cs go at 60 fps. I play at 720p and was wondering if this build would fit this criteria.

not sure how cs will run at <60fps... That game is pretty light in my opinion. Your card should easily be able to push 120fps on 720p. Probably not high/ultra though. But the graphics difference between low -> high isn't that amazing.
