Hi as I was installing windows 10 (from my Windows 7 Home premium, it led me to the windows shut down screen where it said it was configuring windows 10. Suddenly my computer went black screened and did so for 2+ hours. Stupidly I decided to manually turn off the computer and when it restarted, it took me to windows manager saying I needed to put in the windows installation disk of which I did. I then clicked the button which said to recover windows and it told me this version of system recovery does not support version of windows...

I then decided to click on "upgrade windows installation" which then led me to restart the computer and go from there. However, when I did this I reached the same problem from windows boot manager. Finally I decided just to use the "custom installation" which would get rid of my programs etc. However then Windows did not allow me to download onto ANY of my HDD's or SSD's even after attempting to reformat them.

SO basically I'm stuck with a OS'less computer which can't boot up ad I cant find a solution for this anywhere. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Cheers.

You could try recovering our old partitions with something like Paragon or another tool. If you manage to do that, update to Windows 10 to make sure you get the installation key then do a new installation.

I'm not sure how I will be able to use any programs to fix the issue as soon as I boot it comes up with the Windows boot manager error and the only thing it tells/allows me to do is put in the windows installation disk (which I have) and then try to re-install windows 7. However when I go to custom install, it says I cannot download windows to my drives due to incompatibility with their partitions, despite have been re-formatted to try to fix the problem.
