Hey Guys! I'm just about to graduate from uni and am planning to get a new PC build to officiate my transition to the real world. I'm pretty outdated with the latest hardware components currently available why i turned to the good Tom's hardware citizens for a helping hand :) Also! Now is is a good time to build a new PC with all the exciting new game releases coming this year! :)

Thank you ahead! here it goes:

Approximate Purchase Date:
Within the month of August or early September 2015

Budget Range:
Let’s try to keep it at around $1,500

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
Lots of gaming and general software development.

Are you buying a monitor:
Nope

Parts to Upgrade:
Building whole new PC

Do you need to buy OS:
Planning to get a free copy of windows 10 or any OS variation of linux

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
I usually go to newegg, I’m open to any recommendations

Location:
I live in Cebu, Philippines so that’s so just don’t include shipping I’ll just sniff for the recommended hardware components around local distributors.

Parts Preferences:
Prioritizing GPU then CPU then some good RAM

Overclocking:
Maybe

SLI or Crossfire:
Yes I’d like to run either SLI or Crossfire

Your Monitor Resolution:
1980x1080 would you guys recommend I go higher though? No need to include monitor costs here though.

Additional Comments:

PC build notes:
The more quiet the better
I’d like those PC cases with the dust filters
I’m actually looking in getting into Liquid Cooling, prioritizing the CPU then the GPUs, any recommendations?

Tasks:
Expecting PC Games to run on highest of settings
Specifically:
1.) Company of Heroes 2
2.) Fallout 4
3.) Total War: Warhammer
4.) Total War: Attila
5.) Witcher 3 The Hunt
6.) Dragon Age Inquisition
Will be getting into Game and Software Development will need good memory processing power to keep the build from crashing from overloading

Other Side Notes:

I’m really interested in getting into SLI or Crossfire
I want to get some SSDs for the OS and my development tools and maybe the PC games too
I’m also interested in getting into Liquid Cooling especially for the CPU and GPUs. But no really a priority
