Hello. I have this problem for days,weeks,months... So apperantly I used Intel Update Utility 2.0 and it gave me graphic card update and wi-fi. Installed both of them and Guess what? Graphic card don't work now and wi-fi is broken. I Rolled-Back the Wi-fi and it works now, But I can't Roll-back my graphic card.

Toshiba laptop
Graphic Card : Intel HD 4400 but the laptop notices it as "Intel HD Graphics Family"
But not sure about this
Also has a second graphic card AMD R5 230M which dosent work either.

At Device manager the device status is this:
Intel HD Graphics
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

AMD 54 230M
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Solution
If you plan on using the amd drivers you cant install the intel ones dude. Get ddu : http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/ , open it, boot to safe mode, and clean the intel drivers. Then repeat those steps to clean out all the amd drivers. Then, go ahead and download the proper driver the R5 230m, which will allow you to use that graphics card for your computer. Dont download the intel drivers.
