Solution
I think the best way to keep both hard drive is to replace your optical (cd) drive with a hdd caddy.
Use the SDD as your main drive and put you old hard drive in your optical drive using a hdd caddy.

1. Replace your hard drive with the SSD
2. Remove your optical drive.
3. Buy a HDD caddy
4. Put your old hard drive into the HDD caddy.
5. Install the HDD caddy into your laptop.

Kinda like this

I did everything and I am facing a problem. When i boot the system with harddisk in hdd caddy, Windows does not boot. Instead screen get stuck at lenovo logo. But if i remove hdd caddy and boot, It will boot properly from SDD. I even formatted windows drive of harddisk but not helping. I think I need to format whole harddisk but not sure about exact solution. Any help would be greatfull.

I did that many times. If i do that, then my computer can detect HDD in disk management. But problem is if i restart the machine, computer tried to load from HDD. Its annoying to remove caddy each time machine start. I am not sure what am i missing :(
