Can i overclock my GTX 750 TI to max with 6gb ram and a intel i-5 3350P 3.1Ghz?

Well im new to overclocking and i don't want to take any risk. Can i overclock my gpu safely? and what is the limit? can my cpu handle it? i need help from people that are experienced with overclocking if you need more info about my system ill reply.

I would not overclock a 750ti it gets all its power from the PCI-E slot that is only designed to deliver 75 watts and the video card already draws 65 Watts.

hmm so basicaly if i did it would cause trouble. but if i overlclock will i gain anything with the 750ti? I plan on using asus gpu tweak. my gpu is also from asus, 2gb and oc in it
