Hello everyone,
I currently own the following rig:
Mobo: Asus M5A 78LM usb3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4gb
Processor: AMD FX 4100
GPU: Radeon HD 6670
PSU: Cooler Master 500 Watts
HDD: 500gb
Monitor: Samsung 1600*900
With this config i can pull off GTA 5 at medium with a little stutter here and there. But obviously the rest of the games that follow will not work on my pc. Therefore I am looking forward to an update. Like throwing in another 4gb of RAM and a better GPU like the MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2gb. I guess the power supply is quite adequate but I'm worried about the motherboard that I own. Will it support the GTX 960?
Also, what budget AMD processor (I can't afford Intel) should I combine this GPU with? (I'm guessing my FX 4100 will bottleneck this GPU). please suggest a CPU that will work on the motherboard in question. Thank You
