So this is my first pc build and ive been doing research and stuff to build the best pc build for my budget. However i did end up going over my budget which was 700 but now its over 800. anywho heres the build.I dont know if its a good buiild http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gyBs7P i want to know if i am paying to much money for it or if its jusst right. Also i built this pc to play future games .Like games from 2015 and years to coe. is it a good build for a first?

You dont need to buy a cpu cooler because the one your looking at doesnt support overclocking so the stock cooler that comes in the box will do you just fine. You could also get a powersupply with a lower wattage because the graphics card and cpu dont use much power together and could manage with a 500w power supply. Other than that this is a good build and will manage games for years to come.

Just for the aesthetics, same quality overall, but since your case has a window, a micro atx could look bad in it
 
Don't need the cooler as UltimateNoob said, but I would not go lower then 550w with the 970. Sure a 500w will play it but throw in some capacitor aging and any additional components and it will struggle.

The Seasonic 620 is an excellent choice and high qulity PSU, don't change it.

Other then that everything looks great.
If you can afford it in budget then I would get an SSD drive. They make your computer so much more responsive, once you get one...you will never go back.
