hi what graphic target is better sapphire r7 250 1g ddr5 or r7 250 2gb ddr3 and if there are compatible whit my motherboard a55f2 m4 please tell me what is the best and if there are compatible

first, yes the gpu is fully combatible with any motherboard that has a pci-e x16 slot. but it depends on the psu too (every psu with more than 400w will support it)
Now, about the gddr3,5 the gddr5 is WAY faster than 3 and amd gpus are based on ram speed so gddr5 is better, now if you have a monitor with more than 1920x1080 res. 1gb will not be enough
