I just replaced my power supply, Roswell rp600v2 s sl with a used one, same type. The one I got has a 6pin PCI express cable and a second 6pin cable with no label but no 6+2(8) pin connector as it should. Can I get an adapter for the unlabeled 6pin connector to 6+2(8) pin PCI express to plug into the video card? I also have a cable with 2 plugs with 4 large pins, I assume this is the Molex connectors, one plugs into a strobe light and has another plug also with the 4 large pin set up, could I use a 2*4 pin Molex to 6+2(8) pin PCI express converter instead. Which would be the best route if so? Thanks in advance. Oh the video card is a geoforce gtx280.

Solution
Yes that and I suppose this is the 2md or 3rd molex connector on the same rail? As long as they are not powered from the same plug, no problems.

When you say Molex to two pin connectors do you mean like this one from amazon. Cablehero dual 8pin(6+2) PCI express 2.0power adapter converter cable from 2*4pin mole, for example. Would the strobe prove a problem, it has the 4pin connector on back end for connecting to converter? Thanks for the speedy answer by the way, and have a wonderful day! Or are you suggesting the Molex to 2pin along with the extra 6pin cable, sorry very untech type.

You are so awesome, thanks for the answer. I have already ordered the adapter from amazon should be here day after tomorrow, ordered a slightly different one as reviews on the one I referenced said the Molex connectors were a ah heck to get plugged in. Again thanks for the replies, quick and helpful for the win.
