Is the MOBO Low grade? will this all be compatible with an asus x99 deluxe if i upgrade the ram???

Make your bitrate 2000kbps with 30fps and 720p. It's the sweet spot for unpartnered streamers on Twitch. The max you can stream to Twitch is 3500kbps however this is really only for partners with transcoding/quality options for viewers.

when i stream, my stream is blocky and pixelated. i have a 6upload and 38 download.
my obs is only in 720p with at bitrate of 1000.
