Yes, but if all possible it maybe good to upgrade to another SDD or a larger Hard Dive.
And i Would go with the Gigabyte 960 G1 Gaming two Gb. and I would go for a Z97, an example is this:

it should, if you make the mb change, and it still should if you keep the original.

As I said there is better cooling and lower fan noise with the gigabyte.

Thanks man i read it,but recommended cpu is my choosen one i5 so i think the msi would be a better solution

again it is the same card, when you get down to the graphics, but if it is recommended for your processor, then get that one, the gigabyte is good for cooling, but again deep down the hardware is the same.
