I was doing some research for a smartphone and noticed that buying a Moto X from Verizon is about $200 more than it would be to buy it from Motorola and selecting the 'Verizon' option. Would it work just fine to buy the phone for less from Motorola, then turn up at Verizon and have them add it to my phone bill? Or is there something that I'm missing here?
