My motherboard is M2N68-LA (Narra6)
16G PC10800 DDR3 RAM
AMD Athlon II x64 dual core 2.8Ghz
original PSU is 250W , I am upgrading it to 700W.

my GPU is 1G AMD HD 4650
I need help with upgrading my GPU, I was looking at GTX750 but based on manufacture website

http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/Pegatron_Corporation/Pegatron_M2N68-LA/953/Compatible_GPUs

If didnt mention the 700 series, does that mean it is not compatible and will cause damage if I install it on my motherboard?

Is there a more efficient GPU, my budget would be 150-200.

First of all, This PC is really outdated, you might want to start from scratch, I'll give you a console's budget of $400.

Feel free to pick and choose what you want and I encourage asking questions before changing. This computer will outperform the all the consoles but don't expect the play games like the Witcher 3 or Far Cry at high 1080p 60 fps. It can handle those on low to mid settings at 780p.

Truth is, I can see you're new to this so I'll tell you this, a pc that plays next gen games cost about 800-1000 dollars. This PC however will last you with console games like COD and Battlefield and

I agree your pc is a little outdated. There comes a time when you need to decide if you want to spend 150 dollars keeping it alive... or spend 400 dollars rebuilding it. cheap patch vs value solution.

If you just want this to enable the PC to hang on for a couple years more, then a video card would be fine.. Don't expect much out of it though.

Else, leave it as it is.. save some money and rebuild it. Birdinmotion gave a build within the 400 dollars budget. I would personally set my budget at 600 to get in a few extra perks.. like a better cpu and a better video card. But at least with this build you will be good for another 5-7 years depending on what you want to do with it.

Thank you for the suggestion, Birdinmotion and yes this is my first time try to build/upgrade a cpu. I tried to look into different website and I am confused.

Yeah, I am using this pc for programming, mathematical computation but I also want to use it for some gaming. I do hope to keep it stable for couple years. I can increase my budget to $600 if this pc doesn't worth for upgrading so I can sell my old pc.

If I am going to rebuild from scratch, Intel CPU is better than AMD CPU? can I keep my 2 x8G RAM or they are different?
I am playing Tera Online, so I was wondering if I can setup a computer that allow me to play with medium setting. If so, which graphic card and cpu would you suggest?
