A build with a Skylake I5, a GTX 980 or AMD R9 390x, and a closed-loop CPU cooler for under or around $900?

Can anyone make a build with a new skylake I5, 980 or 390x and a closed-loop CPU cooler for less than $900? Keep in mind that if it is a good enough price, I may use it in my first build witch I plan to do on black friday/cyber monday. Good luck!

its $70 more... but with linux it will run. Plus there hasn't been any
"budget" Z170 boards, the CPU will go slightly down, and the ram can go down too. So after that factors in, maybe $5 over?
