Which z97 motherboard is best for a system with Intel 4690k and gtx 970 twin frozr V? I don't plan on overclocking. I might SLi later on. Have hyper 212 Evo cooler. Looking for motherboards under 200 dollars.

Please use ca.pcpartpicker.com and no mail in rebates!

Thanks :)!!

Just out of curiosity, why do you want the i5 4690k + Z97 if you're not going to overclock? You could save a lot of money by getting an i5 4460 or 4590 + H97 motherboard. You lose SLI support that way but is it THAT important? You could go with the 390 instead of the 970 as some of the H97 boards support crossfire. The 390 is a little better than the 970 for about the same price.

I wanna leave the option to overclock open because I don't know much about it and the risks etc.. But if I find out later how to do it and it's beneficial then it'll be a good thing I have the 4690k :D

This build is for gaming, Internet browsing, and just general use.

That psu is not very good. I swapped it out for a newer and much better EVGA
