Recently, I bought new parts and built my first gaming pc. I made sure I plugged in every wire needed to make the computer work. But when I press the power button, the cpu fan and the case fan turns on but the GPU fan spins then stop continuously with no display on my monitor. Can you guys tell me what's wrong and tell me what I need to do to fix this?

HDD: WD blue 7200rpm
