Gigabyte GTX 970 got wet. Please Help

so a little bit of a water fell into my computer. and after restarting it i hear a loud fan noise from my gtx 970. so i try'd to put my r7 260x and now it works. What can i do to fix my GPU

leave it somewhere warm, like a sunny windowsill, for 3 days. if it hasn't shorted anything, let it evaporate and it should be okay.
if you have some sachets of silica gel, they'll help absorb moisture.
