PSU dead or MOTHERBOARD ? plz help me

i bought new graphic card and i start play bf4 after 15 minut pc turned off house electricity turned off too ) and when i turn on electricity pc not boot anymore
my pc asus amd formula iv crossair

amd phenom ii x6 1100t
8gb ram
1500 hdd
msi r9 380 4gb gamming (new) video card
650 w power supply

anyone can tell me what problem ? mobo dead or power supply ( thx and sorry for my english

firstly turn off the power switch at the back of the PC and hold down the front power button for 5 seconds, 3 times, then turn on at the back and see if it boots. if not,

do the paperclip test on your PSU:

if the PSU works, then your mboard is dead.

i already trie it but still nothing happens psu fans not on no mobo lights on i dont know what to do

your PSU is probably dead then. I'm guessing it was a cheap one. Get one from tier 3 or above on this list:

That's weird. If the problem is not the PSU might it be the wall socket or the power cable?

So your power supply is 650w Alright? Ok. Usually, if you buy new hardware you should upgrade your PSU. So, buy a 900w or 1000w PSU.
The problem is your PSU. Because it has too low watts.
