Hey all im currently using z97 ud5h mobo from gigabyte. Im looking for a microphone to try out cortana on windows 10 and i stumbled upon this usb sound card which also has a microphone. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00EZT7RE4/ref=dp_ob_neva_mobile.
My question is this better than the onboard sound i have? If not i'll just get a dedicated mic or a webcam with mic.
I also have some static sound when i hook up a headphone on the front of the cpu case ONLY when something is plugged in the front usb ports. So it could be a bad ground from the case. It also responds when i hover the mouse which is wierd.
