Looking for a decent gaming PC build within $1100-$1200

So I have two questions:
1.) What is a good gaming PC build for $1100-$1200, with an intel core processor (assuming that I don't have a monitor, keyboard, or tower case)?
2.) What are good brands for each part (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.)?

Sorry, I'm a little new to all of this, but anything helps.

Do you need to buy the OS too? If so, just drop to a 60hz monitor instead of a 144hz monitor.

you will need an OS for windows and a hard drive too. remove the cpu cooler if you really want it to be below 1200
