Solution

Games are mostly dependent on the GPU, i mean at 720P sure it will run most games on 60FPS with a good GPU.

The CPU is Tier 4, it is lets say it's one of the cheapest CPU you can get and you get what you pay for. Even if you overclock to 4.6 Ghz you will not get the same performance as a i3 4170.

Tier 4:
CPU: FX 6300 / Pentium G3258 (Overclocked)
GPU: GTX 960 / GTX 770 / GTX 760 / GTX 750ti / R9 390 / R9 380 / R9 285 / R9 280X / R9 280 / R9 270X / R7 265 / R7 260X / R7 260 / R7 250X

I'm assuming you mean the G3258? It is a dual core CPU you would have to buy an after market cooler and overclocking it a lot, you would be better off getting an i3 with hyperthreading and using the stock cooler it comes with.

What is your budget? What will this system be used for?
