why there is no gigabyte micro atx z170 skylake motherboard yet ? prices are SOO HIGH FOR SKYLAKE ATX MOTHERBOARDS

They will add skus as time goes usually and as this is brand new the prices will be high due to the first to reach the consumer thinking so they can get more money. Once it is more established and the market starts to get saturated the prices will drop. Welcome to the leading eadge price gouges.

I would skip the first wave and let other people be the test monkeys.
I would think about letting it release and buying the cheap has stuff the DDR3 memory is so cheap right now.
Somebody is going to get a really good deal when I sell my current PC minus most of the drives the 970.s are sold using a 980ti now and have a 7970 video card to put in it.

Thats why alot of people stick to Haswell, the cost of Skylake CPU's , motherboards, and Ram will be atleast $500 if not higher.
