Question about AMD Processor

Hi guys. I found this processor on Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113351. It seems too good to be true, but I don't know much about processors. My question is if this is a good processor? I mean i have $300 to spend on a processor and I am very clueless of what I should get. Maybe someone can guide me in the right direction.

The FX 9590 is just an overclocked FX 8350 and requires a beefy high end water AIO cpu cooler and a decent 990FX motherboard. If you don't have a decent 990FX motherboard, you should not get a FX 9590.

I would rather get the Intel Core i5-4690k for $240. At stock speed it can beat an overclocked FX-9590. If you want to overclock the i5-4690k, then you can do with a fairly inexpensive CPU cooler that does not require any liquid at all. There is even a coupon code for a $10 discount.
