OK so I added an closed loop water cooler and a new hhd and I pressed the powers button... Nothing no fans no hhd spinning the only sign of life is a light on my gpu if anyone can help me is my mobile dead or my psu

1tb seagate
And an evga 430w
Also I've tried switching around the ram and I've tried shorting the header pins in case the button was broken
If anyone can help I'll give them a free internet cookie
