Back of the pc case gives a shock and using a spike guard eliminates it. Is it alright or do I need to get it checked urgently

Hi everyone,

I have my pc connected to a UPS which is in turn connected to a 4 way spike suppressor connected to the wall socket. If I connect the pc DIRECTLY to the UPS, I get a current from the back of the pc case (the usb n power supply area) which is confirmed by a strong constant red light by the line tester. Considering its a ground issue, I called up the electrician and he said its probably the internal pc wiring issue without doing any manual tests for the ground.

This issue is temporarily resolved by the spike suppressor. Isn't the spike suppressor supposed to indicate the line faults? All the switches of the suppressor are working but the middle light is not. Does this mean anything or its just a faulty light connection? Also, can the indications on the side be please explained? (the All OK - L & G Rev) Tried searching online but couldn't get any info.

How can I check for internal loose wiring? remove each part if the cpu and adding it back one by one and check the current with the line tester each time?

Thanks for the help!
