Hey guys, I am really having a tough time deciding whether i should buy a PS4 or build a "budget" gaming pc, my budget for the pc is around $500-600 dollars(thats including windows OS and HDD)....I already have a acer aspire m3970 but upgrading that is not really on my mind as it have a moba with a 1155 LGA cpu port so upgrading my cpu will be costly and hard to find(I want to go with intel for cpu). It has 4gb of ddr3 ram, a shitty amd radeon gpu, and a 400W psu. I would much rather build a new budget gaming pc but if u think that upgrading the pc i have now is worth it let me know, I am open to all kinds of suggestions as I just want to get into the new generation of gaming.

i was in the same position as you. I would go for a new PC. With PCs you can upgrade them and they also have backwards compatibility (meaning you can play older games). PS4 doesnt have backward compatibility. As long as you choose your pc parts carefully and ensure upgradibility, you could get a good number of years out of it

an i3 or an i5 would be most suitable for you. I personally play PS4 and after getting exposed to the PC community I am quitting PS4. Mainly because I play alot of games and PC game selection is cheap and vast. Go for the PC man.
