Need low-profile GPU that can run with 240W psu.

Hello, i want GPU that can run CS:GO at least with 30 fps. And i have like very slim HP pc so i can't upgrade my psu, its 240W and V12 i guess, if that means something. I don't have money to buy/upgrade whole pc. If you need i can post picture of pc/psu. I was looking for amd HD5570 but it needs 400w psu i guess.

Here's my pc specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
4GB DDR2 i guess
Intel(R) Q33 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0)
Microsoft Windows 10, 64-bit
And 240W psu i guess. (I can post pic of it.)

You won't find any discrete gfx card that recommends using anything less than a 300W PSU. But that is not carved in stone, as they say. Look on the nameplate of your PSU. The +12V rail is the important spec. Let me know what the rated amps (A) and watts (W) are for that rail.

Or let me know the exact model of your HP slimline and I'll look it up.

Even with a gpu upgrade that cup is going to struggle to play CS:GO. That system barely falls short of the minimum so even with a decent discrete gpu you probably wouldn't get desirable frame rate especially if you're playing online
