I apologize if this should be in the MB section.
I recently bought a new SSD (PNY CS2111 240GB) and have had nothing but problems for the last 17 hours. As the title states I just keep getting "A disk read error has occurred" or on the off chance that the drive DOES boot, it usually hangs on "Starting Windows"
If I get a chance to try a start-up repair, I get the 0x00000e9 error. I have already successfully installed Windows on the machine, then the errors began. Then, to rule out the SSD being bad, I put it into a different PC, formatted, and reinstalled Windows and it ran fine through multiple reboots. So I brought it back in here and tried again. The drive booted without issue, until I had to reboot again.

I have tried every SATA port on my motherboard, every power plug from my PSU, all of the SATA cables in the house, having it as the only drive installed, anything I could possibly think of or find online that were solutions to others.

I have the SATA set to ACHI in my bios as well, and just to clarify I am not trying to RAID, as it is just a single SSD. And I am NOT using the top SATA3 6Gb/s ports as I have read they are terrible.
I have:
GA-P55A-UD3
PNY CS2111
Windows 7 64bit

Please help, I am beginning to lose hope and sanity.
