My PC is getting a little old at 5 years, so I've been looking into upgrading or replacing it. Problem is that I'm pretty happy with most of my specs, but I notice that my CPU usage is off the charts when I use a streaming site like Twitch. It can get choppy and the audio might crackle, and the performance can wane badly.
I'm running Intel Core i7 870 so I was wondering if that is outdated and makes sense to replace it. New model suggestions are appreciated as well.
