My pc specs are-
i5 4690k
8gb ddr3 ram
1tb hard disk
650 watt power supply
asus h97 me motherboard
dell s2240l monitor
MSI NVIDIA Gtx 970 Gaming 4g 4 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Please suggest me is this build good.
If not, what changes can i make?

grab a z97 mobo with that k series cpu, otherwise keep the h97 and go non k 4690

Make sure your PSU is a Tier 2 atleast.

All you need is a quality 550W for that build.

If you want to overclock the CPU i would recommend:
Asrock Z97 Pro4
and a cooler
Cryorig H7 or Hyper 212 Evo/X

That is a Tier 3, not recommended for gaming.
