My PSU Makes a Buzzing noise and my PC Doesn´t Turn on

This morning I tried to turn on my PC but it didn´t and the PSU makes a soft buzzing sound. The PSU is a Corsair RM850, I´m writing this from my brother´s PC.
Help please.

It might have short circuited or something I have no clue.
And I think I have warranty and stuff, if I have to replace it

A quick way to find out if you have an issue with your PSU is by testing it using the paper clip test, http://www.corsair.com/en/support/faqs/power-supplies. If the fan doesn't turn on, there's a good chance your PSU is faulty.

If you are still within our warranty, then it is best to take advantage of it. You can submit an RMA request for a replacement PSU here, Corsair.force.com
