Are these good specs for a gaming pc?
I mostly play batllefield, elder scrolls online, gta v, skyrim, far cry 4.
I want it to run heavy games that will release in the future.

Cooler Master K-380 Advanced 3.0 case
Intel® Core™ i7 4790 3.6 GHz processor
Cooler Master Hyper 103 cooling system
MSI B85-G43 Gaming motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 12GB DDR3-1600 memory
AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB graphics card
2000 GB storage
51-in-1 Cardreader
Asus Xonar DG sound card
TP-Link 1200 Mbps WiFi USB Stick
600 Watt Cooler Master power supply
28 Inch SAMSUNG U28D590D 4K MONITOR

Solution
Well what you want to do is drop down to an i5 and 8GB of RAM. Also don't bother with a 4k monitor since you would probably have to double your budget in order to actually game at 4k. Do not buy a sound card. You don't really even NEED a cpu cooler since any cpu will come with one. The extra money saved from all of that should allow you to get a WAY better video card than the 370. And lastly, get a psu by Seasonic, XFX, Super Flower, or Antec.
