Hey guys,
yesterday I asked around about a build i was planning on doing but i've changed it up a bit and would love to get your opinions on it.
(note. the motherboard/CPU are second hand, but getting a really good deal on them).

Case: Thermaltake V3 VL80001W2Z
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H77N-WIFI
PSU: 500W Antec VP500PC
CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 3.2 ghz
GPU: Radeon HD 6950 1GB GDDR5 (already have one)
HDD: Seagate 500GB SATA-3
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz

What do you guys think of this build? should I go for it or replace the i5 3470 with a new i3 4160 and the motherboard for an Asus B85M-G and get 4gb less of RAM? (the i5+mobo+4gb ram cost about 70$ less than a new i3+mobo without any ram, and this is a budget build).

Solution
i5 beats the i3 any day. Plus that i5 is still good for a few years. I would however advise on a GPU change, to maybe an AMD R7 370 or an Nvidia GTX 960. Other than that, all good.
