Hello TH community!
I have been using the mode from HUMAX called HG100R-L2, and it has great download speed of around 125 mbps, but the upload speed is around 4 mbps according to ookla which is quite dissapointing. I thought the upload speed would need to be 1/8 that of the download speed so i should be getting 15 mbps upload instead. I asked the humax customer support for help via email but they havent answered yet.
I'm unfortunately quite rubbish with these sort of internet things, so if anyone has any any answer could you please answer it as simple as possible. Thanks!
I can take more screenshots of my modem page thingy if you guys need more details. I have also tried to update my modem software but I seem to have the latest version.
I also use a direct connection with a ethernet cable to the modem!
