Hi, I recently upgraded from Win 8.1 to Win 10 and my monitor would just have a black screen no cursor or anything. I switched my HDMI cables that hook in to my graphics card to VGA that use the basic video adapter in the motherboard and my screen would actually work. I uninstalled Win 10 and went back to 8.1 and i still have the same issue. It tried reinstalling the Nvidia drivers but it says that its lacking the proper hardware to work (this is when i don't have my graphics card installed). When i do have my card in my PC its just the same black screen issue all over again. So i can't install the drivers without the card. And i can't do anything with the card in because i can't see what im doing. If i have the card installed and the VGA hooked up it still thinks im trying to use the graphics card. Also i don't know if this helps but when i start up my PC using VGA an error box called RunDLL pops up and says There was a problem starting C:\Windows\system32\nvspcap64.dll The specified module could not be found. I looked for this file in my computer and could not find it. Here are my specs:

Make-Acer
Model-Predator G3620
Processor- Intel Core i7-3770 3.40GHz
Memory-12G RAM
GPU- GTX 660 Ti Superclocked

If i left out anything else ^^^ let me know. Please help me, if there is a way for me to still have Win 10 and my graphics card to work in harmony please let me know. One more thing, the drivers disk that my card came with doesn't seem to work so i can't install them that way either.

Driver issue.

Use this http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html
And follow instruction :
Use the official uninstaller(s) of the driver(s) you want to uninstall.
Reboot your PC in Safe Mode.
Run Driver Sweeper and select what to clean.
Analyse lists all the entries possible to remove, cleaning removes the entries selected.
Reboot to normal mode.
Install fresh drivers.
