My pc has been fine since I got it on xmas 2014 but recently my gpu fan has been speeding up randomly to max this is becoming a concerning problem also the temperature is always at 25-30*C. If anyone can help me would be great

My graphics card is a Nivdia GTX 750

That is an odd thing and implies that some regulator is dying, but if the rest of the card works fine, then go into MSI afterburner and just try setting a different fan speed curve, or just force the fan to run at a certain speed. if that fails, then there is clearly an issue with the card, and it may be dying, or you will just be stuck with a loud fan. as always you might want to try re installing drivers, but sometimes this can create more trouble if you do not do it right.
