Hello to everyone.

I have a radeon r7 250, and it has a vga, a hdmi and a dvi-i (dual link) output.
I wanna get a dual monitor set-up, and i have already connected a monitor into the vga output.
The monitor i want to connect has a vga input, so, i searched for a dvi-i to vga cable, but
the cable i have found is a DVI-D (dual link male) to VGA.

So, my question is: Will that cable work?

P.D. I researched a little about DVI and i ot a little bit confused between the analog and digital explantion)

Solution
DVI-D is digital. It has no analog pins. Therefore you cannot have a DVI-D to VGA cable.

DVI-I is integrated. It has analog and digital pins. In a DVI-I to VGA adapter only the analog pins are used. This is what you need
