Just replaced my CX600M PSU with a Seasonic G-650 to pair with my 980ti. The PSU came with a little sheet of paper saying that it recommends using two separate PCI-E cables from the PSU to power a >225w GPU, as opposed to using a single cable from the PSU that has two 8 pin connectors on the other end.

Since I've been using a single cable with the 980ti from the CX600M, I thought there's no way a much better PSU will have an issue, so I decided to ignore the recommendation. Is this okay?
