Currently I am trying to overclock my Athlon x4 760k.
Here is it stock.

So I went into the bios and upped the multiplier by 1

But I found that the VID has changed?

I'm not sure what the VID even is I was only planning on a small overclock without messing with voltage settings, so how do I safely continue to overclock?

Please help me! Thank you!

Edit: Picture of my Bios (Sorry for terrible quality)

It will auto pick and it usually auto picks too high of a voltage. Set it to manual and set it where your stock settings are now at 1.33V and then come back in windows and run a few tests to make sure it's stable. If it was on auto before, it probably has enough voltage at 1.33V to run a few ticks higher than even that. I'm not sure what voltage is like on that chip when overclocking.

Yeah it is on auto, I never had the courage to mess with the voltage so I thought that setting just meant it would auto pick a voltage for me.

Anyways any idea of what I should set my voltage too?
