So here's my delimma. I have $1000 bestbuy card to spend on a desktop. Long story short I need someone kind enough to find me a desktop from best buy and reccommend some upgrade for it. I need it to run modern games on the highest setting. God bless for helping.

You didn't mention total budget or if you need display, OS, keyboard, and mouse, and you made it sound like you can afford to upgrade on top of it, so I've assembled a part list instead which I think would give you more bang for buck than buying a prebuilt.
