Hi, I bought the Witcher 3 on my Xbox One as I was away from home a lot and all I could have where I was staying was the Xbox. However, I really want to play the witcher in its full glory with my GTX 970. What I'm asking is if it's possible to transfer my save from the Xbox to my PC. If not, where could I download a save game somewhere near the end of the main Novigrad missions or early in the Skellige ones right around when Yennifer goes to the Garden with Geralt to find Clever. The latest mission that I started was Ugly Baby
