i have two choices and i want to know whats bang for the buck between the two

Cooler Master Hyper 212x - $39
plus 2pcs Corsair SP Perf Ed - $28
Total - $67

or

Noctua u12s/u14s - $64/$70

i've read that the noctuas are 5°C lower compared to hyper 212x, I prefer noctua but my only concern is will it fit on my current setup
here are my specs:
procie: i5 4690
mobo: Asus B85M-g
ram: corsair vengeance blue

PS: cant seem to find the height clearance of the cors vengeance anyone here have the same kind of setup

pic of the ram http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-1600MHz-Desktop-CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10B/dp/B009M0TCK8

The 2 corsair fans in a push pull configuration will give the same or higher temperatures as the Cooler master fan and be a good bit louder.
CMaster 82.9cfm @36db
Corsair 62.7cfm @ 35db x2 fans.
All will have clearance problems with high profile ram.You can move the fan on the CM up about 1/2 inch or 1.25cm for extra ram clearance.

how about the noctua cooler, have you got any ideas if it has a problem on rams with high vertical clearance?

All three will have problems on your board with tall heat spreader rams.
If you are only using 2 sticks of ram and place them in the yellow dim slots, all three should work but will be a very close fit.
Mine misses the dim by about 1mm but your ram sticks get narrower at the top part of the spreader so you should be OK.
If you are using 2 sticks try them in the yellow slots and make sure your motherboard supports only using them. Some do ,some don't.
