I signed up for FiOS but I live with my aunt and her son living over here already has FiOS. Then Verizon emailed me to called them and they asking for a lease or rental paperwork but the problem is that I didn't made a lease or anything with my aunt because we just simply live (nothing else fancy). I looked somewhere online and heard mentioning about Tenants Law but I feel like that I don't fall into that category. So does anyone knows what to say to Verizon or should I discuss this to a Verizon rep?

You and your aunt should talk to a Verizon rep.
What service is this for?

Well, they want a lease agreement to show you have valid rights to have the service installed there in your name.
But if the residence already has FiOS, do you really need another line and account?

He got tired of me making his internet slow and I want one billed under my name.

What level of FiOS do they have, and what were you doing to make it 'slow'?
Increasing their service plan would be far cheaper than a whole other connection. You pay the difference.

He got an 50/50 Mbps with an TV, and what I did with it; I watch alot of Youtube videos (480p - 720p60), play online games, sometimes I download my games (especially the Steam Summer Sale) and I also may upload my pics and video to the 'cloud' after an trip.

I have 50/50 FiOS as well. I can't imagine a few users, with use like that, could cause any noticeable slowdown.
Possibly it is a WiFi issue?

Yea, I have to ask him to reset the router or something to fix the Wifi and he wouldn't be there sometimes.

I've had FiOS for several years, 2 different routers. The number of times I've had to reset the router to 'fix' the WiFi would be exactly zero.

I forgot, I got 3 friends who comes over occasionally and they just used it for browsing the web, watch video and play online games. And he however wasn't happy about that either.

There is the issue, 4 people steaming video along with others. Downloads tend to like to grab all the bandwidth possible also. Your own line is a good idea, but you may need to work things out with the family and Verizon to see what is needed.
